The completion today of the sale of S CAPE notches up the third time Burgess has sold this classic 57.2m Cammenga motor yacht. Originally sold by Burgess as MAJESTIC M the year after she was delivered in 1979 and renamed MIDNIGHT SAGA, she was one of the largest yachts in the world at the time.
Burgess sold the yacht again in 2001. In the latest transaction, Burgess represented both seller and buyer. This historic sale of S CAPE is one of four yacht sales over 55m to have closed so far this year, with Burgess also involved in the sale of the 60.9m Feadship, APRIL FOOL, at the end of January.
