Enrico Gobbi reveals sports car inspired ISA 67 GT superyacht concept

In collaboration with ISA Yachts, Italian designer Enrico Gobbi has unveiled an extraordinary superyacht concept inspired by the design details of a sports car – the 67 metre (220 feet) ISA 67 GT.

The designers behind the new concept, Team for Design, manipulated the volume of the superstructure to imitate the proportions of a sports car, alike the extended front hood.

With a slender design, the ISA 67 GT concept also has a streamlined interior with the ability of accommodating 10 guests in four double cabins, one panoramic VIP cabin and a master suite with a private balcony. This concept has style and comfort clearly accommodated for.

The design is a signature Gobbi style, with an abundance of window surfaces with panoramic views from even the main interior areas. According to the design team, the ISA 67 GT’s stern is its highlighting feature with an enclosed pool and ‘U’ shape transparent glass keeping up with the panoramic design.

The exterior areas include a formal seating area on the main deck cockpit, an exterior dining space and a ‘chill out sofa’ of the upper deck. Special lighting is designed on the exterior to highlight design details.

The concept also boasts a landing area for a touch and go helicopter. As well as a private lounge in the forward sun area enclosed within the superstructure.

Two large, transparent glass structures enclose the fly deck. Here presents a gym within the concept’s ‘glass house’, however this space can be altered, the designers say, depending on the owner’s preferences.

The interior designed for the ISA 67 GT is a modern combination characterised by wengé wood and natural ivory maple wood, polished stainless steel and hand stitched fabrics and leathers.
