Miquel Àngel Lliteras has now joined Evolution Yachting’s corporate management team as chief operations officer, reporting to CEO Stefano Tositti.
With 21 years of industry experience, Lliteras is a qualified naval architect, and studies an executive development programme at IESE Business School. Lliteras started his career in 1999 at MB92 in Barcelona, progressing through the ranks from a project manager, yard master and operations manager, then to a shipyard manager and a member of the management committee of the group.
In his role, Lliteras will hold responsibility of Evolution Yachting’s business operations by ensuring efficient work practices, sustainability and profitability of the company’s different business units.
Lliteras, upon taking up his new role, said “I am thrilled to join the Evolution Yachting team. I believe that the company has a great business model and I have been really impressed by their rapid expansion and excellent team of seasoned professionals. After 21 incredible years at MB92, I believe the moment is right for a new challenge. After working with some of the best yachts and professionals in the industry, I am eager to start drawing on my extensive knowledge and experience in spearheading the company’s ambitious growth strategy.”
