Nobiskrug confirms sale of 77-metre superyacht project

German yard Nobiskrug has signed an order for a new 77-metre (253-foot) superyacht, with the buyer introduced by Imperial Yachts.

Spanning five decks and boasting a distinctive reverse bow, the new motor yacht will be built in steel and aluminium to a design by Winch Design and is scheduled for delivery in early 2021. Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design is responsible for her interiors, with an imposing beach club and spa area among her key features.

Details on the yacht’s interior arrangements and propulsion system have not yet been disclosed by Nobiskrug, however the project will be built under the new Tier 3 regulations and the Red Ensign Group Yacht Code Part A under the direction of Imperial Yachts.

Julia Stewart, director of Imperial, commented, “This new superyacht is an exciting project we are impatient to start. It will be the second over-70-metre-length superyacht we will build together with Nobiskrug after the magnificent Project 783 delivered in 2012, and this project is calling many others to be developed.

“We are delighted to initiate new strong and successful collaborations with Andrew Winch and Sinot Design, making this new 77-metre Nobiskrug superyacht an outstanding vessel at her delivery and most certainly a class of her own.”

The asking price of the new 77m has been withheld.
