Numarine adds 37XP to XP range of explorer yachts

Turkish yard Numarine has added a new 37.1-metre (121-foot) yacht to its established range of XP explorer yachts.

The first 37XP yacht has been sold to a repeat Numarine owner and is reaching the final stages of construction, with delivery scheduled to take place this summer.

The yard has also started construction on two more hulls on spec. The 37XP joins the XP series, which also features the 22XP, 26XP, 32XP and 45XP.

Once again naval architecture comes from Umberto Tagliavini while Can Yalman has penned the exterior design.

The 37XP features the same angular windows and “powerful look” as the rest of the XP range.

Speaking about the new model, Numarine chairman Omer Malaz said, “We wanted to offer a bigger model than the 32XP since some clients loved her volume, but they wished for a slightly bigger yacht as they already owned a 30- to 32-metre (98- to 104-foot) yacht. So, it was definitely the demand of the market that pushed us towards the 37XP.”

The sub-500GT interior has been penned by Hot Lab and features accommodation for a total of 12 guests across six cabins. The master suite sits at the bow of the main deck while the four remaining guest cabins and nanny cabin sit on the lower deck alongside the crew quarters.

Large windows in the main deck saloon cast plenty of natural light inside while the aft beach club features a bathing platform at the water’s edge. The wide body flybridge above measures 10 metres long.

With a top speed of 14 knots, the 37XP will have a range of 6,000 nautical miles at eight knots.
