Porto Montenegro’s new ‘prestigious’ residences to open July 2017

Porto Montenegro has announced that its luxury residences, the Regent Pool Club Development, will open July 2017. Located in the UNESCO-protected heritage site of Boka Bay, the residences will be made up of 62 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

Porto Montenegro has described the apartments as “some of the most prestigious addresses on the Adriatic”, with views looking over Boka Bay, the Porto Montenegro Village, and the surrounding countryside and Vrmac Mountain range. Each apartment is equipped with a private balcony or terrace to make the most of the scenic surroundings.

California-based architectural firm WATG took the lead on the design, drawing influences from the region’s 400-year history of Venetian rule, complementing the adjacent Italian Riviera-inspired 5-star Porto Montenegro Hotel.

Tino Zervudachi and his team from Parisian interior design firm MHZ worked closely with WATG to create the interiors, with the finished design emulating modern day glamour and art-deco details. The interiors follow a natural palette, using colours such as light sand, mahogany brown and olive green to complement the waterfront location.

Each apartment has a large living area, dining room and kitchen. Residents also have access to the extensive gardens, which include an exclusive 3000m² elevated pool deck, a 26m lap pool, a palm tree-lined infinity pool, and two children’s pools covering a 600m² swimming area. The five top-level penthouses have the addition of a private Jacuzzi.

The Regent Pool Club Development also has two poolside bars and an international restaurant, complete with outdoor seating and full poolside services. All services and amenities of the Regent Hotel are also open to residents, including concierge services, spa and fitness facilities and dining accommodations.
