The Perini Navi Group wins the "Creators of Value Award" at the 2013 China Awards

During the China Awards 2013, the Fondazione Italia Cina presented the Perini Navi Group with the “Creators of Value Award.” This prestigious award is granted to those companies that have achieved the best performance in China working in sectors that are characterized by "elevated potential for growth in export."

The 2013 edition of the China Awards was held on the 3^rd December at the Leonardo da Vinci Museum of Science and Technology in Milan. The prize is awarded annually to those companies, institutions or people who have best understood and taken advantage of the opportunities that arise through economic and cultural relations between Italy and China.

Giancarlo Ragnetti, CEO of the Perini Navi Group, was present at the ceremony and said: ”This award represents ulterior proof that our Group knows how to reach its goals and work successfully in China, a market that we feel is extremely important for our growth. We strongly believe in China's potential and have reinforced our presence in the area with the opening of a new sales office in Hainan last Spring."

The prize ceremony was held during a charity dinner whose proceeds will go to support Lifeline Express, a non-profit organization that operates mobile hospitals aboard trains that travel to the most remote areas of China to offer medical care and surgical operations to people with cataracts.`
