WaveJet partners with Sunsail

WaveJet, a Personal Water Propulsion system designed for use in surfboards and other equipment, recently announced a strategic partnership with Sunsail, the largest charter sailing yacht company in the world. The alliance kicked off with a Team WaveJet trip to the Bahamas for five days of paddling, surfing and fishing off a 44 foot catamaran.

The partnership launch trip, WaveJet Sessions: The Bahamas, featured WaveJet team riders Pete Mendia and Cory Lopez, flanked by East Coast Surfing Hall of Fame member and avid fisherman Shea Lopez, paddling and surfing the outer reefs of the Abaco islands and fishing Bahamian flats and harbors utilising the entire quiver of WaveJet systems and officially launching the brand new WaveJet Pau Hana Big EZ Angler Fishing SUP, accented with Nocqua lights for night fishing.

WaveJet SUP systems will be available at Sunsail’s Bahamian Marsh Harbor base for select chargers throughout the year.
