Issues finally resolved
I ordered 2 hatches from them, one standard and one custom made, they were delivered late, when I got them both hatches had screw holes, I had ordered the hatches without screw holes (big mistake from them) also on one of the hatches they had put the wrong handles, they sent me after the replacement part for it (one issue resolved) as for the other mistake they made on the 2 hatches (screw holes) they offered me a refund about 10%, they prefered I not return them to be fixed (anyway would of been too expensive for me because I would have to pay for transportation back to Italy from USA ) I finally got the refund they had promised me after one & half months of me asking for my refund. Very bad customer service, if you ask me!. Their product looks great (beside the mistake they made) I have not installed them yet but the quality of the product seems to be ok. The one star is only for the bad customer service not for the product.
