With the HRA behind us and the team successfully disembarked, I am happy to write to you to say how impressed I was with the conduct of your team and exceptional level of service provided. TL took his job seriously and acted with utmost professionalism, the other members of the team fitted well with his leadership style and all of them integrated very well on board. The overall level of service provided from start to finish was of the very highest quality. I have thanked them all personally on departure, but I would be grateful if thanks could be passed formally through your company. I would recommend EOS Risk without hesitation to any other vessel requiring transit security. My thanks to all involved with putting the team together and making the arrangements.
