CESG Ltd announces ninth successful trading year

CESG Ltd, a global provider of marine crew management, finance and employment services, has announced that 2015 has been a successful year for the on-going global growth and expansion of the company.

According to the brand, which is now entering its ninth year of trading, CESG Ltd now employs a team of 29 people with many years of experience in marine employment; among them, a former captain and chief engineer.

Having completed a management buyout in August 2015, the then-named CES Guernsey adopted the CESG Limited name, and operations were rebranded accordingly.

This year has seen the business migrate its software on to a hosted cloud solution, providing greater flexibility of operation and a stable platform for remote access, which allows for better communication with clients working within the marine industry, and between associated offices both in the UK and Malta.

The accounts system and software is also new this year, motivating their CIPP nomination for the International Payroll Services Provider of the Year award, for which they made it on to the shortlist of the top three providers.

Neil Carrington, chief executive of CESG Ltd said, “We service clients wherever they may be located, and we currently pay employees resident in over 70 jurisdictions often operating multiple currency payrolls for a single vessel.

“With certifications to ISO9001:2008 and the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006, CESG ensures clients receive services that are regulated, fair and of the highest quality.

“Our success at CESG is primarily down to the simple fact that we really do put the client first, and will not compromise our standards. Client confidentiality is paramount and we never publicise our client list, because to us every client is number one.”
