Lürssen superyacht Ester III completes sea trials

The recently launched Esther III superyacht by German shipyard Lurssen, has now successfully completed her sea trials. Previously known as Project Green, Ester III’s sea trials took place in the Baltic Sea, under what has been described as “perfect conditions”.

Having been launched back in May 2014, she completed her sea trials a mere two months after, having finished the sea trials by the 29th July, taking just two days.

Under clear directions from the owner Espen Oeino, Ester III has a very masculine appearance and strong character with an eye-catching angular look. With a length of 66m and a beam of 11.9m she offers many luxuries, including a large pool on the main deck and a helicopter pad on the sun deck.

Ester III’s interior was designed by Reymond Langton and is currently being installed. The elaborate interior will also feature joinery work and furniture by Silver Lining.

There is no date set for the delivery of Ester III, but she is expected to be delivered some time in Autumn 2014.
