Oceanair appoints new distribution manager and sales manager

Two new key staff appointments have recently been made in the Oceanair sales team.  Ben Hodgson-Kerry joins as international distribution manager and Luke Yeates as territory sales manager.

Ben will be responsible for developing Oceanair’s distributor network spanning more than 26 countries and maximising sales. Ben brings to Oceanair many years of experience in the marine industry working for Fusion, Navimo, Tacktick and Raymarine.

Luke’s role as territory sales manager will be working closely with Ben looking after Oceanair’s distributors, OEMs and custom projects mainly in Italy, Australasia, Asia and the Middle East. Prior to Oceanair, Luke was head of technical sales at Seasure Ltd.

Speaking about their new positions, Ben commented, “I’m delighted to be joining Oceanair and I am looking forward to building relationships with existing distributors as well as forging new ones.” Luke added; “It is a challenging time for the marine industry, and my focus will be to provide new and existing distributors and OEM’s with popular products at competitive prices. I hope to bring an energy and enthusiasm to take the business to the next stage of development.”
