Republic of Palau reopens to yachts

According to Palau Super Yachts, in accordance with Palau Ministry of Health and Palau Bureau of Marine Transportation, yachts may now apply for entry to Palau.

A summary of the key entry guidelines is as follows:

• All persons on board must submit proof of full vaccination with final dose administered at least 14 days prior to departure to Palau
• All persons on board must submit proof of a negative result of a COVID-19 PCR test taken within three days prior to departure to Palau
• Vaccine must be either US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) or World Health Organisation (WHO) approved or authorised for emergency use
• All travellers shall be COVID-19 tested on the fifth day following their arrival in Palau
• All vessels wishing to enter Palau shall make notifications 72 hours, 24 hours and 12 hours prior to arrival as required under Maritime Security Regulations of 2018
