Step aboard in Chatham’s new summer deck shoes

Award-winning footwear brand Chatham Marine introduces its new men’s and women’s professional deck shoes for summer 2013. New styles include sail cloth shoes Fibrecon® and Contender® and striped canvas deck shoe Candy.

Designed for durability and featuring Chatham’s unique two year guarantee is the DAME award winning sail cloth shoe collection. Fibrecon® G2 - a men’s deck shoe with a modern twist - a lower profile and a more ‘sneaker’ style look, available in white and navy, and the Contender® G2 is a more traditionally styled men’s deck shoe in navy. Both are lace-ups.

For women, there’s Elysse® G2, a traditional lace up deck shoe and Beam® G2, a feminine ballet pump boat shoe. Sail cloth is an exceptionally lightweight, water resistant and durable material, making it perfect for use in deck shoes. Featuring razor cut, non-marking soles and innovative suction pads, exceptional on-deck grip is assured. The padded foam foot-beds provide unparalleled comfort from day one.

Other women’s shoes new this season include Poppy G2 – the technical choice for fashion conscious sailors, the phenomenally successful Kat G2 – now available in navy – and Fern, a classic suede moccasin deck shoe featuring on-trend tassel and lace detailing in a range of colours. In the Chatham Life collection there’s gorgeous new fashion styles, such as Candy – a navy/white and a red/white striped pretty canvas lace-up deck shoe.

Seaspray G2, a trainer style mesh deck shoe, is Chatham’s latest professional sailing offering for men. Chatham’s best-selling technical boat shoe, Schooner G2, is available in a new colour - timber. From Chatham’s Sport collection comes the stylish Portland and Starboard, suede moccasin boating shoes in striking red and cobalt. Lancaster and Trent from Chatham’s Life collection feature shock absorbing properties and extra heel cushioning in the new EVA sole unit, these machine washable deck shoes are lightweight and the ultimate in comfort.  Both styles are available in navy and dark brown.
