Heesen celebrates the opening of its newly expanded interiors facility

Dutch yard Heesen Yachts has announced the official opening of its newly expanded in-house interiors facility in Winterswijk.

A ceremony was held to mark the opening of its facility on 15^th February, which was attended by the Mayor of Winterswijk, Joris Bengevoord, along with the chairman of Heesen’s supervisory board and other directors.

The new interior workshop, located just over an hour’s drive from Oss, has been expanded by 2,240 square metres, which brings the total production area to 8,100 square metres.

Following the inauguration, Heesen is hiring 30 new workshop employees, taking its workforce to a total team of 130.

The office area has also increased by 332 square metres to 1,100 square metres.
